Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Eralean and the Lean90 coaching subscription. By signing up, you agree to them.

1. The service

Eralean provides personal online weight-loss coaching: a custom nutrition and training plan, an AI-powered coach on WhatsApp (including photo-based calorie estimates and weight tracking) with human review of health-related flags, and weekly check-ins. It is a coaching and accountability service, not a medical service.

2. Not medical advice

Eralean coaches are not doctors, and nothing we send you is medical advice. Speak to a doctor before starting Lean90, particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under 18. You're responsible for exercising and eating within your own medical limits.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to Eralean.

4. Subscription & billing

• Lean90 is billed at £19.90 per month, charged automatically each month via Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops future billing but doesn't refund the current billing period except as set out in our Guarantee & Refund Policy.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription yourself at any time from your dashboard, or email asaf@eralean.com and we'll confirm once it's processed.

5. The Lean90 guarantee

If you follow your plan and complete your weekly check-ins for the full 90 days and don't reach your personalised challenge goal, you're entitled to a full refund under the terms of our Guarantee & Refund Policy. Your challenge goal is the safe, personalised target calculated for your body before you pay (up to 10kg, and never more than health guidance allows for your height and weight).

6. Your responsibilities

• Give your coach accurate information about your weight, health, and progress.
• Use WhatsApp support respectfully — our coaches are real people.
• Don't share your account or plan with anyone else.

7. Limitation of liability

Eralean is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eralean isn't liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that can't be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email or WhatsApp before they take effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
