Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Eralean collects, why, and how it's handled.

1. What we collect

  • Name, email address, and WhatsApp/phone number.
  • The quiz answers you give us — your weight, goal weight, age range, timeline, and the obstacles you tell us about — used to build your plan.
  • Weekly check-in data (weight, adherence) once you're subscribed.
  • Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we don't see or store your card details.

2. How we use it

  • To build and adjust your custom coaching plan.
  • To message you on WhatsApp with coaching support and check-ins.
  • To process your subscription payment via Stripe.
  • To assess Lean90 guarantee claims against your check-in history.
  • To measure ad performance, only if you accept the optional cookies described below.

3. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted processors to run Eralean:

  • Supabase — hosts our database and handles account sign-in.
  • Stripe — processes your subscription payment.
  • WhatsApp/Meta — delivers your coaching messages.
  • Meta, Google, and TikTok — only if you accept cookies, to measure and improve our advertising.

We don't sell your personal data. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK/EEA under their own standard safeguards.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site, and — only with your consent, via the banner shown on your first visit — optional cookies from Meta, Google, and TikTok to measure ad performance. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account and check-in data for as long as you're subscribed, plus a reasonable period afterwards to handle guarantee claims and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete it sooner — see Section 6.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or ask us to export it to you. Email asaf@eralean.comand we'll respond within 30 days.

7. Age

Eralean is for adults only. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email or WhatsApp before they take effect.
