The Lean90 Challenge Guarantee & Refund Policy

Eralean promises: follow your Lean90 plan for 90 days, and if you don't hit your challenge goal, we'll refund every penny you've paid. This page sets out exactly how that works, in plain language.
1. Your challenge goal
Your challenge goal is the personalised 90-day target we calculate for your body when your plan is created — up to 10kg, and never more than health guidance says is safe for you (about 1kg or 1% of your body weight per week, and never below a healthy weight for your height). It's shown to you before you pay, and it's printed on your plan. For most people starting above ~80kg the goal is the full 10kg; if you start lighter, your goal is the largest amount that's safe for you — and the guarantee applies to that number.
2. What you need to do to qualify
To be eligible for a Lean90 refund, you need to have:
- Stayed an active, paying subscriber for the full 90 days, starting from the day your plan is confirmed.
- Completed your weekly check-in every week — this is how we (and you) track adherence and progress.
- Followed the nutrition and training plan you were given, to the best of your ability, for the full 90 days.
If you stop checking in, cancel early, or stop following your plan, the guarantee no longer applies — we can only stand behind results for people who actually did the challenge.
3. How we measure it
Your starting weight is the figure you gave us before Day 1. Your Day-90 weight is the figure recorded in your Day-90 check-in. The difference between the two is what we use to decide whether your challenge goal has been met. We use kg as the reference unit regardless of which unit you entered during sign-up.
4. How to claim your refund
Email us within 14 days of your Day-90 check-in and let us know you'd like to claim the guarantee. Include the email address you signed up with. We'll confirm your check-in history and weight record, and — if the terms above are met — refund 100% of the subscription fees you paid during your 90-day guarantee period to your original payment method within 14 business days.
5. Cancelling without claiming the guarantee
You can cancel your subscription at any time — that's separate from this guarantee and doesn't require meeting the conditions above. Cancelling stops future billing but doesn't refund past payments unless the guarantee conditions in Section 2 are met. If you bought a Challenge Pass, it's a subscription billed every 90 days that renews automatically so your coaching continues — you can cancel it anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us, and cancelling stops future renewals. 6. A quick health note
Weight loss results depend on individual factors including starting weight, health conditions, and consistency. Please speak with a doctor before starting Lean90, especially if you have an existing health condition, are pregnant, or are under 18. Eralean's coaching is not a substitute for medical advice.
